The collective labor dispute regarding the implementation of the collective agreement in JMU "Radio-Television of Serbia" ended on February 28, 2020 with the Recommendation on the peaceful settlement of the dispute. The procedure of peaceful settlement of a collective labor dispute before the Republic agency for peaceful settlement of labor disputes was initiated by the Independent professional trade union of FTV Workers Serbia. Employer representatives of the JMU "RTS" and the Independent trade union of FTV Workers Serbia - showed how to conduct social dialogue between employees and employers, deciding on a procedure for peaceful settlement of collective labor disputes, and in accordance with the recommendation of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, that these disputes should be resolved amicably before the Republic agency for peaceful settlement of labor disputes.
