Republic agency for peaceful settlement of labour disputes is established and organised under the Law on Amicable Resolution of Labour Disputes (”Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 125/04, 104/09, 50/18”) and is the first institutionalized service – a separate Government organization – that deals with amicable settlement of individual and collective labour disputes.
