Notification to citizens on the abolition of the state of emergency and the current organization of work processes

12. 05. 2020.

The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia passed the Decision on the abolition of the state of emergency ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 65/20) by which the state of emergency was lifted on May 7, 2020. However, the Decision on declaring the infectious disease COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus a contagious disease ("Official Gazette of RS", no. 23/20) and the Order on declaring the epidemic of infectious disease COVID-19 "Official Gazette of RS" no. 37/20) are still in force, so that the abolition of the state of emergency does not stop the application of epidemiological measures for the protection of the population from infectious diseases, especially those related to prevention measures. In accordance with the stated decisions, the work of the Agency was normalized as of May 11, 2020, and all employees returned to their regular jobs at the headquarters. However, in order to reduce the risk of infection and the spread of infectious disease, the usual prevention measures are applied, direct contacts are avoided, especially with people who have symptoms of colds and flu, upon entering the premises of the Agency, the control is intensified, measuring body temperature is obligatory and hand disinfection is obligatory for all (employees and visitors), handshaking and other forms of direct contact should be avoided, and if direct contacts are necessary then it is obligatory for all participants to wear protective masks. While working with clients, communication via telephone, internet, conference calls is preferred.

Work activities that require group meetings, such as conciliation and arbitration, will be organized so that the following measures are applied: make sure to avoid handshaking and other forms of direct contact during the meeting; it is mandatory for all participants in the meeting to wear protective masks; make sure to limit the number of people present in such a way as to ensure the physical distance between the participants and be sure to use larger rooms to allow a physical distance of two meters between the participants; ventilate and disinfect the premises (work surfaces, handles, etc.) before and after the meeting; limit the duration of meetings to 20 minutes; use only bottled water at the meeting without a glass or with disposable packaging.

We also emphasize the need for social responsibility and compliance with all prevention measures of each individual.

In accordance with the development of the epidemiological situation in the Republic of Serbia, the organization of work processes will be corrected.
