The collective labor dispute that arose on the occasion of the conclusion of the collective agreement in JKP “Vodovod“ Vlasotince ended on September 14, 2020 with a joint Agreement on the peaceful resolution of the dispute. The procedure of peaceful resolution of a collective labor dispute before the Republic agency for peaceful settlement of labor disputes was initiated by the Labor union organization of JKP "Vodovod" Vlasotince (Independent labor union).

Representatives of the employer JKP "Vodovod", the Labor union organization JKP "Vodovod" and the local self-government of the Municipality of Vlasotince, signed a joint Agreement on the peaceful resolution of the dispute by which they agreed to enter into negotiations and conclude a Collective agreement for public utility activities in the Municipality of Vlasotince.

In this way, in Vlasotince, the representatives of the employer, Labor union and local self-government gave another example of how to conduct social dialogue, deciding on the procedure of peaceful resolution of collective labor disputes, and in accordance with the recommendation of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, before the Republic agency for peaceful settlement of labor disputes.
